Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials using the ADDIE model.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and analyze content.
• Produce engaging, learner-centric materials for instructor-led training.
• Ensure adherence to brand style, content standards, and deadlines.
• Apply strong writing and visual formatting skills in MS Office tools.
• Provide deliverables for hybrid training environments when needed.
