Job summary

NetImpact Strategies is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design and maintain instructor-led and digital learning content for adult learners. You will apply the ADDIE framework to define objectives, content, and assessments, and create role-based learning paths aligned with releases and process changes.

In this role you will develop technical training, assessments, job aids, and digital materials, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure practical, measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, education, learning technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of instructional design and curriculum development experience for adult learners.
• Proficiency developing technical training, assessments, job aids, and digital learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain instructor-led, virtual, computer-based, microlearning, simulation, and job-aid content.
• Apply ADDIE to define learning objectives, content, and assessments.
• Create role-based learning paths and update content for releases, process changes, and recurring support issues.
