Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Developer to support U.S. Navy training for SCSTC ATRC, Dahlgren, VA. You will transform technology into learning solutions and develop courseware aligned with Navy standards.

Responsibilities include SME workshop facilitation, training analysis, and ensuring technical accuracy of content. This role requires a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship, with remote work options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of Navy curriculum development experience, advising SMEs and evaluating curricula.
• Secret security clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meeting training requirements
• Assist in SME Workshops to identify and validate job duties and tasks and essential learning objectives
• Assist with Training Situation Analysis and Front-End Analysis to identify gaps in training
• Assist in developing instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements
• Provide feedback and tracking of items completion, conduct training analysis; review the course safety plan
• Interact with customer and SMEs to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content
