Job summary

PMO Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced senior change management professional to lead the change management effort within the Digital Roadmap projects, applying expertise in stakeholder engagement, training methods, and communications to drive adoption.

This is a three-year limited term position in a hybrid work environment requiring California residency and on-campus work at least one day per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in digital change management or related field.
• Change Management certification or completion of a Change Management program is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage change management methodologies, processes, and tools to create adoption strategies.
• Enable design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify stakeholders.
• Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans (Sponsor, Engagement, Communications, Training).
• Coordinate with project teams and coach staff on change initiatives.
