Job summary

Nimble Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead for a hybrid role in Oakland, CA. You will drive organizational change initiatives, develop strategies, and partner with project teams to ensure adoption across client environments.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, training design, and metrics, with a strong focus on technology-enabled transformation within a Bay Area context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Change Management Lead or similar role.
• 8+ years as Change Lead, with 3+ external contractor experience.
• Experience with ERP/technology rollouts; utility sector experience preferred.
• Proficient in Citrix and VPN for remote client access.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hybrid work capability and in-office presence as needed.
• Prosci/CCMP certifications are desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin/Organizational Development or related field preferred.
• Must provide 2 client references during interview.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments as needed.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate change activities into plans.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, identify stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training programs for employees.
• Facilitate communications among teams for smooth transitions.
• Recommend adoption metrics and measurement approaches.
• Monitor and evaluate change strategies and adjust as needed.
• Coach leaders to reinforce change impact.
• Quickly understand Nimble and client scopes and progress.
• Support leaders in connecting technology users for workshops by function.
• Connect users by business function and process touchpoints.
• Develop and implement changes for new processes and technologies.
• Create concise communications, surveys, and leadership updates.
• Update SharePoint; use Jira and Mentimeter for tasks.
• Co-facilitate workshops and introduce innovation.
• Design and deliver roadshows on upcoming changes.
• Establish, track, and report change metrics to leadership.
• Conduct surveys and monitor meetings related to change management.
• Coach and support leaders to guide teams through change.
