We seek a Change Management Specialist - SME for a full-time role to lead organizational change across multi-year modernization efforts in alignment with agile release cadences and government protocols.

The role emphasizes designing and executing OCM strategies, stakeholder analyses, communications, training, and knowledge transfer for internal staff and public-facing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of organizational change management experience on enterprise IT modernization or platform migration programs.
• Formal OCM methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent) knowledge.
• Experience building and delivering training and communications for internal staff and public-facing users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organizational change management (OCM) strategy and roadmap aligned to the release plan.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments for each modernization increment.
• Design and deliver communications plans, training curricula, job aids, quick-reference guides, and demonstration sessions.
