Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a senior manager-level professional to provide change management and training support for Intelligence Community agencies. This role guides organizations through complex system and process transformations, with emphasis on stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and training strategies to reduce user resistance.

A proven track record in increasing project adoption through structured change frameworks is required.

Qualifications

• Eight years of change management or business transformation experience.
• Experience with federal/public sector projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates and contributes to structured training programs.
• Writes user guides, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Develops plans to accelerate employee adoption of new processes.
• Drafts communications to brief stakeholders on project changes.
• Facilitates workshops, webinars, and instructional sessions for diverse audiences.
• Maps stakeholders, evaluates readiness, and measures change impact.
• Delivers transparent communications to staff about changes.
• Partners with training teams to build guides and programs.
• Develops relevant financial reports and manages task areas with engagement teams.
• Adapts to changing client environments while meeting expectations.
