Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a senior manager to lead change management and training support for Intelligence Community (IC) Agencies. The role focuses on guiding complex system and process transformations, stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and training strategy design to reduce user resistance.

The position emphasizes increasing project adoption rates through structured change frameworks and delivering urgent tasker responses with client leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or project delivery.
• Experience with federal working capital funds is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Creates structured training programs and user guides, manuals, and e-learning content
• Develops plans to accelerate employee adoption of new processes
• Drafts communications to brief stakeholders on project changes
• Facilitates workshops, webinars, and instructional sessions for diverse audiences
• Evaluates how changes affect daily operations and maps stakeholders
• Interprets management requests and develops relevant financial reports
• Delivers services for public sector clients with organizational skills
• Supports engagement teams on strategy, planning, execution, status, and review
