Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Change Management Sr. Manager to lead a team focused on tracking progress and managing risk for large, high-profile clients, coordinating organizational change across departments and regions.

You will define strategies, adopt processes and technologies, implement new programs, communicate changes to stakeholders, and build dashboards that reveal interdependencies and progress toward objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant Change Management experience.
• Change Management qualification preferred (PROSCI).
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and motivate teams to achieve targets.
• Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and adopt corporate strategies, structures, procedures, and technologies for change management.
• Implement new processes, products, and business strategies while minimizing negative outcomes.
• Direct and manage a portfolio of projects requiring change management plans.
• Communicate changes to key stakeholders within the organization.
• Assess changes across a project and create a portfolio dashboard.
