CBRE is seeking a Regulatory Change Management Director to design, implement, and oversee a risk-based regulatory change program across the organization. You will lead a team, engage stakeholders, and partner with Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure timely remediation of regulatory gaps while minimizing business disruption.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and ability to drive multi-jurisdiction initiatives within a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. institution; MBA or JD preferred
• 8+ years of regulatory compliance/change management, governance or risk management
• Leadership experience in a multinational setting
• Experience building and implementing regulatory change programs

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain a regulatory change management program.
• Communicate regulatory developments to stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Maintain regulatory registers and track impacts, actions, and remediation.
• Lead, coach, and develop regulatory compliance professionals.
• Develop risk-based approaches to regulatory changes with minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Establish governance framework with accountability and escalation protocols.
• Measure program effectiveness with relevant metrics and continuous improvement.
