About the Role:

As a CBRE Change Management Sr. Manager, you will manage the team responsible for tracking progress and managing the risk of large and high-profile clients.

This job is part of the Change Management function. They are responsible for preparing, supporting, and helping employees, teams, and departments with making organizational changes.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and adopt corporate strategies, structures, procedures, and technologies. Apply change management approaches and techniques to support multiple initiatives.
• Implement new processes, products and business strategies while minimizing negative outcomes.
• Direct and manage a portfolio of projects and programs requiring change management strategy and plans.
• Communicate changes within an organization to key stakeholders.
• Assess the change occurring across a project and create a portfolio dashboard. Plan complexes change management activities.
• Map change across various business segments, regions, and stakeholder groups, and identify interdependencies across the project.
• Translate complex project information and data into visuals that support project initiatives and business objectives.
• Build collaboration between members of various departments.
• Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
