Responsibilities

• Lead and support large-scale transformation programs with change management strategies across business and technology functions.
• Translate stakeholder needs into structured briefs for learning, change, and capability-building interventions.
• Design and develop learning solutions (ILT, e-learning, job aids, blended programs) aligned to change objectives.
• Monitor learner progress, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on data.
