Job description

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a seasoned Organizational Change Manager with 8–10 years of experience to lead and support large-scale business and technology transformation programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Apply industry knowledge for transformation projects and engage stakeholders across business and technology functions to align on transformation goals, clarify ambiguities, and resolve key dependencies. Good understanding of end-to-end business processes and have the ability to drive conversations to understand client requirements for their transformation journey Bring expertise in strategic analysis, business architecture, process architecture, OCM, value analysis, program/project management, and stakeholder management. Drive the planning and execution of change management strategies across mid-to-large transformation programs for Cloud ERP Implementations (Preferably Oracle / SAP / Microsoft) Benchmark organizational practices against external standards and emerging trends in change management and organizational development. Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and talent development functions — managing relationships across all levels and sectors of the organization. Translate stakeholder needs into structured briefs for learning, change, and capability-building interventions. Lead or support post-implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions, and retrospectives to drive iterative improvements across the program lifecycle. Identify strategic opportunities by maintaining awareness of client transformation roadmaps and emerging talent gaps. Lead end-to-end design and development of learning solutions — including instructor-led training (ILT), e-learning modules, job aids, and blended learning programs — aligned to change objectives. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to ensure content is engaging, contextually relevant, and measurable. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and capability-building programs for diverse audiences across functions and geographies. Manage content review cycles, version control, and quality assurance to keep learning assets current, accurate, and accessible. Support or lead certification programs, accreditation pathways, and learning journeys tied to AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with subject matter experts and technology teams to source, curate, and maintain relevant learning content. Monitor learner progress, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback. Support curriculum updates to reflect evolving tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Mentor learners and provide coaching to improve technical proficiency and practical application of skills. Create innovative learning solutions by adapting existing methods and introducing new approaches where necessary. Manage small to medium-sized learning programs or teams where applicable.

PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Audition for e-learning, motion graphics, marketing communications, corporate identity, and multimedia design. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, and other performance support and rapid authoring tools. Fair working knowledge of e-learning standards including SCORM and AICC. Good understanding of learning architecture and various rapid authoring tools for learning design and development.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline; Supply Chain specialization is preferred. 8–10 years of experience in any industry, with meaningful exposure to supply chain management. Certified in or hands‑on experience with the ADKAR / PROSCI change management model. Ability to work with minimal guidance while independently managing learning initiatives and training engagements.
