Job summary

The role requires designing training strategies to reduce user resistance, creating communications, and delivering reports for client leadership in a fast-paced public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in organizational change management or related delivery.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required.
• Experience briefing senior program managers or leaders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and contribute to structured training programs.
• Write user guides, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Develop plans to accelerate employee adoption of new processes.
• Draft communications to brief stakeholders on project changes.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and instructional sessions for diverse audiences.
• Evaluate how changes affect daily operations and map stakeholders.
