Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Senior Manager in Management Consulting to lead people-focused strategies across multiple client engagements. You will mentor teams, craft insights on organizational dynamics, and deliver executive-ready outputs while expanding existing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will collaborate with Practice Leaders to drive high-quality deliverables, manage engagements, and ensure revenue realization with a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; MBA or related master’s preferred.
• Ten or more years of consulting or related experience in people strategy and organizational development.
• Experience with multi-client delivery, business development, and stakeholder management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value management consulting engagements focused on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide managers and teams to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and client-ready outputs for status and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for new work and support business development with clients.
• Manage client relationships, billing, and engagement realization across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional practice leaders to deliver best-fit solutions.
