Job summary

OUC – The Reliable One in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to support the Enterprise Efficiency initiative. You will partner with leaders and teams to develop change strategies, build readiness, address resistance, and drive adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in change management, and certifications in Prosci or project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 6+ years leading change management or related roles.
• Experience with process improvement and governance changes.
• Proven ability to develop and present communications and plans.
• Prosci change management certification preferred.
• CAPM/PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement change management strategies and deliverables.
• Lead adoption using Prosci/ADKAR methodology across projects.
• Train, coach and consult with leaders and stakeholders on change management.
• Develop and deliver targeted communications and training.
• Measure readiness, adoption, and outcomes; report metrics.
• Lead large, organization-wide programs through all PM lifecycle stages.
• Create change plans, communications, and training materials as needed.
