The ideal candidate will have extensive OCM experience, exceptional communication skills, and a relevant degree. Salary is between $90k and $100k depending on experience and qualifications, with potential for travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing OCM strategies.
• Ability to maintain a DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification.
• Relevant certification like Prosci Change Practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core OCM artifacts.
• Manage change management efforts for the PIEE PMO.
• Design and launch internal campaigns to promote PIEE.
