Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and/or EPC industry.
• Experience leading a team with cross-department collaboration and interfacing with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and lead the implementation of a robust change management process across the project and in all departments.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators and metrics to measure the performance of the project change program and report to Leadership.
• Supervise the change engineers driving the project’s change program and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, planners, estimators, buyers and other teams to assess change impacts and prioritize actions.
• Maintain comprehensive project records, change logs, dashboards, and reporting modules.
