Job summary

Exyte is seeking a Change Manager to lead the strategic integration and execution of the Change Management Program across all project phases, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations. The role requires cross-department engagement and a focus on transparent delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and/or EPC industry.
Experience leading a team with cross-department collaboration and interfacing with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Deploy and lead the implementation of a robust change management process across the project and in all departments.
Establish Key Performance Indicators and metrics to measure the performance of the project change program and report to Leadership.
Supervise the change engineers driving the project’s change program and mentor staff.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, planners, estimators, buyers and other teams to assess change impacts and prioritize actions.
Maintain comprehensive project records, change logs, dashboards, and reporting modules.
