Great Hill Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to support the Department of the Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Falls Church, VA. This remote position may require periodic on-site attendance. The candidate will lead a team of process engineers focused on business process improvement related to program management, financial management, change management, and information management, especially in managing, reviewing, and updating major business processes and SOPs related to audit remediation and support services.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing daily functions of projects involving teams of consultants and analysts.
2. Planning and coordinating project activities.
3. Managing staff and coordinating efforts across functions.
4. Serving as a senior resource in business process engineering.
5. Supervising contractor employees, including hiring and training.
6. Developing staff and managing work assignments.
7. Resolving issues during project execution.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business personnel.

Desired Skills:

1. Experience in audit support and remediation.
2. Department of Navy or BUMED experience.
3. Certifications like CDFM, CGFM, or PMP.
