Job Description

ECS is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to work in our Arlington, VA office.

The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and perform full-time requirements verification. Interaction with all levels of the project team, including developers, project managers, analysts, and senior leadership, is expected.

Primary Duties

• Read and understand requirements and lead testing of requirements
• Design tests
• Build test data
• Plan and coordinate test scenarios
• Perform non-functional requirements testing such as usability, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with the development team to promote quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Skills

• Must successfully complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain the required Government Security Clearance (Active DHS clearance is a plus; U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain clearance)
• BA/BS in a related field
• At least 7 years of related experience, preferably with consulting/contracting to government clients
