Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director of Finance - Transformation to drive the Finance Future Fit initiatives within the Commercial Finance organization. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, manage data governance and visualization tools, and partner with Corporate to execute an enterprise-wide transformation roadmap.

The role requires 8+ years in finance, a CPA and/or MBA preferred, and a track record of delivering results in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance related experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Transformation initiatives under Enterprise themes (Process, Tools, Business Partnership, People Experience).
• Ensure execution of project plans and timelines for finance capability initiatives.
• Act as liaison between Commercial Finance and Corporate for alignment of Transformation roadmap.
• Coordinate change management and communications for Finance Transformation programs.
