Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Director of Finance Transformation Change Management & Enablement to lead strategy, adoption, and governance for finance-wide initiatives. You will partner with Finance leaders, HR and technology teams to drive disciplined change that enhances performance and capability at scale.

The role requires a people-first leader capable of guiding senior executives through complex transitions, embedding new ways of working, and building a lasting change culture across global Finance

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management or enterprise transformation.
• Proven success leading change for ERP, M&A, operating model redesign, and digital transformation.
• Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience scaling change management teams and centers of excellence.
• Deep expertise in Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey models.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, governance, and build a sustained change capability across Finance.
• Lead end-to-end change management for technology and culture initiatives.
• Develop and execute integrated change plans including readiness and training.
• Translate process changes into roles, behaviors, and adoption measures.
• Manage resistance and adoption barriers across diverse populations.
• Drive alignment and communication with executive sponsors and HR partners.
• Define KPIs for adoption, engagement, readiness, and sustained change.
