Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support and lead change-management strategies across AbbVie projects within the RISE framework. You will coordinate stakeholder activities, develop communications, and drive adoption of new processes and behaviors.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will partner with directors, managers, and subject-matter experts to plan readiness, measure adoption, and reinforce new ways of working, ensuring successful outcomes across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, education, instructional design, organizational development, business, human resources, or related field.
• Familiarity with learning, collaboration, content-management, survey, reporting, and project-management tools preferred
• 3+ years' experience in change management, organizational development, project management, communications, learning and development, business process improvement, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting changes to processes, systems, roles, operating models, or ways of working.
• Willingness to learn and apply AbbVie-wide RISE framework.

Responsibilities

• Execute change-management strategies and plans for assigned initiatives, aligning stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Support or lead stakeholder mapping, change-impact assessments, readiness assessments, change-risk identification, and change-saturation monitoring.
• Translate assessment findings into audience-specific engagement, communication, learning, and reinforcement plans with the project team.
• Coordinate and facilitate focus groups, town halls, and other engagement activities to gather feedback and identify adoption barriers.
• Develop communications, presentations, job aids, FAQs, and other change materials aligned with standards and brand guidelines.
• Support design, development, and evaluation of eLearning, instructor-led, blended-learning, and performance-support solutions.
• Coordinate change champion/advocate activities, enablement materials, feedback collection, and issue escalation.
• Collect, analyze, and report readiness, participation, proficiency, adoption, feedback, and behavior-change metrics.
• Maintain change-management deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and actions in line with plans.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute reusable assets and improvements to tools and templates.
