Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Change Manager to lead moderate to high complexity change across departments in a remote-capable environment. The role focuses on applying structured methodologies to drive adoption and minimize resistance, partnering with cross-functional leaders to align with business goals.

Responsibilities include designing change strategies, coaching leaders, tracking adoption metrics, and ensuring adherence to CSAA IG guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge & proven application of change management processes and tools including team member analysis & management, impact assessment, sponsorship engagement, change strategy and change story development for complex, large scale change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
• Strong facilitation skills and knowledge of group dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management efforts for initiatives across one or more departments.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and anticipate downstream impacts.
• Conduct impact assessments, partner analyses, and readiness assessments to inform change strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans to support change initiatives.
• Provide coaching to leaders to fulfill their change leadership roles.
• Track and report change management effectiveness and adoption metrics.
• Ensure compliance with CSAA IG change management guidelines.
