Job summary

Accenture’s Talent Reinvention Partner helps clients reinvent how people and organizations work using AI, data, and change management. You will guide large-scale change initiatives that align leadership, processes, and workforce strategies to accelerate GenAI adoption and data-informed decisions.

This role emphasizes human + digital collaboration, governance, and responsible AI, with opportunities to influence client outcomes, travel as needed, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with tech-enabled or digital transformations (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience.
• Applied experience using Generative AI (GenAI) to deliver organizational change work.
• Experience leading or working in human + digital teams, where GenAI is used to analyze information, generate content, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data, automation, and GenAI.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as ways of working evolve with technology and AI.
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization with readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and governance.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption, and inform decisions.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies that enable new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and scalable journeys using digital and AI-enabled approaches.
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities to adapt as technologies and business models evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and trusted client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
