Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 2 years leading HR reinvention programs across operating models, process, technology or service delivery.
• Minimum 1 year applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to HR processes, employee experience, or planning.
• Minimum 1 year of Consumer Goods, Services, Retail, or Travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on HR operating models and tech strategies.
• Develop HR reinvention value cases and roadmaps aligning HR with business strategy.
• Design and implement HR operating models, service delivery, and outsourcing strategies.
• Lead initiatives in automation, AI-driven HR analytics, and process improvements.
