Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to partner with clients and CLA teams on large-scale data, technology, process, and digital transformation initiatives. You will drive employee-focused change strategies, readiness activities, communications, training, and sponsorship to enable adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, communications, human resources, change management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Four years of experience in organizational change management, project management, transformation consulting, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption, or resistance management activities.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand strategic objectives, stakeholders, risks, and change management needs for large-scale transformations.
• Assess change scope, organizational readiness, and employee impacts to tailor change approaches.
• Develop and implement employee-focused change strategies to increase adoption and proficiency with new processes and tech.
• Create integrated change management plans covering engagement, communications, training, sponsorship, coaching, resistance management, and reinforcement.
• Facilitate readiness, planning, stakeholder alignment, and team effectiveness workshops.
• Develop and manage change roadmaps, timelines, impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption measures.
• Collaborate with client leaders and CLA project teams to integrate change activities into broader implementations.
• Monitor progress, adoption, resistance, and risks, adjusting strategies to achieve sustainable outcomes.
