Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to join our internal team. You will partner with clients and CLA project teams on people-centered aspects of large-scale data, technology, process, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will lead change management planning, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption measures to ensure sustainable outcomes. A bachelor’s degree and four years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, communications, human resources, change management, or a related field.
• Four years of experience in organizational change management, project management, transformation consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption, or resistance management activities.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand objectives, needs, stakeholders, and risks of large-scale transformations.
• Assess change scope, readiness, and employee impacts to determine the change approach.
• Develop and implement employee-focused change strategies that drive adoption and proficiency.
• Create integrated change management plans covering engagement, communications, training, sponsorship, coaching, resistance management, and reinforcement.
• Facilitate readiness, planning, alignment, and team effectiveness workshops.
• Develop and manage change roadmaps, timelines, and adoption measures.
• Collaborate with client leaders to integrate change activities into broader plans.
• Monitor progress, adoption, resistance, and risks, adjusting strategies for sustainable outcomes.
