Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related fields acceptable with experience.
• 4 years of professional services or public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of change management fundamentals.
• Experience documenting decisions and moving work through a defined process.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess business opportunities and transformation requests.
• Clarify business problems, value, stakeholders, risks, and decisions.
• Support business case readiness with clear summaries.
• Develop change deliverables: assessments, plans, training materials.
• Track opportunities through governance, roadmaps, and status updates.
• Prepare materials for roadmap, governance, and prioritization discussions.
