Job summary

CLA seeks a Senior Organizational Change Manager to join our internal team, partnering with clients and CLA project teams on the people side of large-scale data, technology, process, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will develop change strategies, roadmaps, and adoption measures, collaborating with client leaders and CLA teams to drive sustainable business outcomes. This role requires a degree and relevant experience in change management and consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, communications, human resources, change management, or a related field.
• Four years of experience in organizational change management, project management, transformation consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption, or resistance management activities.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand objectives, needs, stakeholders, and risks in large-scale transformations.
• Assess change scope, readiness, and employee impacts to tailor change approaches.
• Develop employee-focused change strategies to boost adoption and proficiency.
• Create integrated change plans covering engagement, communications, training, sponsorship, coaching.
• Facilitate readiness, strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and team workshops.
• Develop and manage change roadmaps, timelines, and adoption measures.
• Collaborate to integrate change activities into broader project plans.
• Monitor progress, adoption, resistance, and risks; adjust strategies for outcomes.
