Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is hiring a Senior - Transformation to drive evaluation, organization, and movement of opportunities through the business navigation process while supporting change management activities. You will connect early demand to the right transformation path, clarify needs, and assess readiness, dependencies, and adoption risks.

The role requires strong business acumen, change management knowledge, and the ability to bring structure to early-stage requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 years of professional services or public accounting experience required.
• Advanced technical knowledge of CLA processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess business opportunities, ideas, and transformation requests.
• Clarify the business problem, expected value, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Support business case readiness with inputs and summaries for review.
• Identify change impacts, readiness, communication needs, resistance themes, and adoption risks.
• Support development of change deliverables including stakeholder impact assessments, communication plans, readiness plans, training materials, adoption tracking, and status updates.
• Track opportunities through the business navigation process with status, owners, actions, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Prepare materials for roadmap, governance, prioritization, investment, or change readiness discussions.
• Ensure opportunities are routed to the appropriate path (approval, prioritization, etc.).
• Maintain documentation, trackers, action items, risks, dependencies, change impacts, and decision logs.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for visibility, alignment, readiness, adoption, and execution handoff.
