D.R. Horton, Inc. in Arlington, TX is seeking a Senior Manager of Change Management to lead a portfolio of organizational change initiatives spanning marketing technology, digital products, and enterprise transformation.

The role oversees managers and staff, establishes standards, and partners with executive leadership to drive adoption, readiness, and performance metrics across multiple projects. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressive experience in organizational change management or related fields.
• Three+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and development of staff.
• Experience guiding multiple enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of organizational change initiatives across marketing tech, digital products, and enterprise projects.
• Supervise and develop Change Management Managers with coaching and performance feedback.
• Allocate resources and balance workloads to meet project timelines and priorities.
• Establish departmental standards, governance, templates, and quality expectations for change delivery.
• Partner with executive leadership to align change strategies with organizational priorities.
• Monitor readiness, adoption metrics, and performance indicators to drive corrective actions.
