Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Director, Change Enablement to lead the Change Enablement function, equipping employees to navigate strategic transformations and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

The role will drive the enterprise transformation change strategy, build and refine standards and governance, and oversee organizational readiness and adoption while collaborating with executives to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and practical experience applying within large organizations.
• Ability to develop and execute enterprise change strategies and adoption plans to deliver organizational value.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience leading or supporting business transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise change enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, transformation objectives, and long-term business goals.
• Establish and refine enterprise-wide change enablement standards, methodologies, tools, adoption metrics and governance practices across projects.
• Oversee organizational readiness and adoption; deliver executive-level insights on readiness, adoption trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead enterprise transformation communications strategy in partnership with Corporate Communications to foster readiness and engagement.
• Partner with program leaders to drive adoption, engagement, and business value realization.
