Addison Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Certification Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of a professional certification program in the Chicagoland area. The role supervises a team, collaborates with cross-functional groups, and drives operational excellence while managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in certification operations or related field.
• At least 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM, AMS, or LMS databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team with coaching, performance management, hiring, training, and development.
• Oversee daily operations of certification and education programs with excellent customer service.
• Serve as escalation point for operational issues and implement solutions.
• Monitor program performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for decisions.
• Maintain certification records, learner data, and reporting in AMS/LMS systems.
• Oversee certification fulfillment, exam scheduling, credential maintenance, and LMS ops.
• Build strong relationships with third-party vendors and monitor service levels.
• Coordinate projects, maintain documentation, and support process improvements.
• Review policies and materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with internal teams on launches, tech enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
