Job summary

ISACA in Schaumburg, IL seeks a senior certification governance professional to manage credentialing programs and ensure ISO/IEC 17024:2026 compliance. You will lead policy development, controls, audits, and accreditation readiness, coordinating with legal, cybersecurity, IT and product teams to protect exam integrity and prevent certification fraud.

Responsibilities include risk scenario documentation, governance of the Certification Policies and Procedures Manual, ANSI accreditation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in accreditation/credentialing standards such as ISO/IEC 17024.
• 3+ years in governance, compliance, or accreditation activities.
• Experience with exam security, risk mitigation, and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities

• Identify risk scenarios and develop controls to mitigate impact and maintain impartiality analysis.
• Govern Certification Policies and Procedures Manual; ensure ISO/IEC 17024:2026 compliance.
• Manage ANSI accreditation docs; support surveillance and corrective actions.
• Lead certification-management-system reviews and present metrics to leadership.
