Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an Asset Manager IV to oversee energy usage reviews and CEP O&M across campuses, guiding owner staff on energy strategies and operations.

You will lead CEP operations, coordinate with subcontractors and EPC teams, mentor operators, and develop manuals while ensuring safety and efficiency. Travel 10-25% is expected. A 6+ year track record in central plants or multi-site management is needed, with a 4-year mechanical engineering degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing multiple sites or equivalent central plant leadership.
• Well versed in building codes and associated standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance, best practices, and modifications of current operations.
• Mentor the owner on energy strategies.
• Manage the Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance including subcontractors, operators, and internal service providers.
• Maintain the Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.
• Coordinate with operators to ensure the plant operates efficiently.
• Provide ongoing training of the Plant Operators.
• Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual.
• Assist the EPC team with coordination of engineering, procurement and construction activities with OMC operations.
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting with remote support services team.
• Lead one or more Asset Manager teams.
