Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks an Asset Manager III to manage energy usage review and CEP O&M across campuses, mentoring owner staff on energy strategies and optimizing plant operations.

You will coordinate with vendors, supervise maintenance/ops teams, and ensure efficient CEP performance while leading continuous training and documentation efforts. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in managing multiple sites or central plant/facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and related standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry competitors and multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Review energy usage daily and provide guidance on improvements.
• Mentor owners on energy strategies and CEP operations.
• Manage Central Energy Plant Operation & Maintenance, including subcontractors and operators.
• Oversee Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the CEP.
• Coordinate with plant operators to optimize efficiency.
• Train Plant Operators and maintain Operating Manual.
• Support EPC coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting with remote support teams.
• Lead one or more Asset Managers or multiple teams.
