Job summary

The City of San Luis, AZ, is seeking a Senior Services Manager to lead the Senior Center’s programs and operations. You will supervise staff and volunteers, manage budgets, coordinate transportation, and drive community outreach to enhance health and quality of life for seniors.

You will oversee case management, nutrition and meal programs, and service collaborations with partner organizations. Residency and bilingual requirements apply, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Services, Health Services Administration, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in senior services, social services, or related field, with at least two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Senior Center and its programs.
• Develop, implement and evaluate policies and programs; suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with City departments, agencies, and community partners.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve operational issues.
• Advise Director on operations and emerging issues; implement directives.
• Oversee transportation, nutrition programs, and social service referrals.
