Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Gerontology or related field; three years in program supervision and budget/fiscal administration.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage community services programs.
• Valid NM driver’s license or ability to obtain one; pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate staff and schedules for the Senior Center program.
• Oversee meals delivery, nutrition services, and transportation for clients.
• Maintain client files, assessments, and logs; ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate with drivers, donors, and volunteers; prepare monthly newsletters and reports.
