Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program operations including patient enrollment and workshop facilitation.
• Manage class and workshop schedules and coordinate coverage across sites.
• Assist with outreach initiatives and referral programs and conduct workshops.
• Provide translation assistance for monolingual patients to support language access.
• Support partner meetings by gathering information and managing follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient information, records, and program reports.
• Conduct site visits and community surveys to assess programs.
• Handle donations and maintain financial reporting for programs.
• Order and manage central inventory and supplies for programs.
• Provide staff coverage as needed and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Travel to other local service sites within city limits as required.
