Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Working knowledge of computers and excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on activities and educational demonstrations.
• Recruit, enroll, and orient participants to programs.
• Build referral programs and conduct outreach at health events.
• Manage class schedules and coordinate leaders across centers in San Francisco (Spanish).
• Handle supplies and equipment for workshops and classes.
• Collaborate with partners and participate in meetings; collect data and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure program compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and evaluations of staff/contractors/volunteers.
