Qualifications

• Experience leading groups and events is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with participants, volunteers, instructors, and partners.
• Must be at least 18 years old; Wisconsin driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, promote, and lead recreational, fitness, wellness, educational, social, and special events for older adults.
• Identify opportunities to grow participation and welcome new members.
• Balance programming with communication and administrative tasks under supervision.
