Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Sr. Construction Specialist to oversee the installation of telecommunications equipment at Baltimore Gas and Electric site locations. You will lead multiple construction activities, coordinate with internal teams, contractors and carriers, and ensure safety and schedule compliance.

Responsibilities include developing construction plans, managing costs, and reviewing drawings to deliver high-quality site builds for utility transmission towers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and at least four years of related work experience in cell site planning or installation.
• Experience planning and coordinating multiple site construction activities.
• Knowledge of electrical, telecom, civil, and aerial components for cell sites.
• Ability to review construction drawings and coordinate with carriers and contractors.
• Strong communication across internal/external teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation coordination of telecom equipment at BGE site locations.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate between BGE teams, contractors, and carriers for site builds.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to project specs and quality standards.
• Oversee inspections, document certificates, and facilitate access to sites.
