Job summary

Atlas in Tennessee is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) team and oversee field contract administration across multiple projects.

You will drive delivery, coordinate with state and local leaders, mentor staff, review change orders, and ensure QA/QC and compliance with plans.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of CEI or construction management experience, a Tennessee PE preferred, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of CEI or construction management experience on transportation or infrastructure projects.
• PE license in Tennessee preferred; ability to travel 10–20% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction management, QA/QC, and team development.
• Review and approve change orders, invoices, and payment applications.
• Coordinate field staff across projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and foster relationships with public clients and local governments.
