Job summary

Atlas seeks a Senior Program Manager in Tennessee to lead our Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) team. This role will provide field contract administration, coordinate CEI services, and drive growth within Tennessee operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years’ CEI or construction management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with state and local leaders to implement strategic business plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in transportation or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience delivering CEI or construction management projects, ideally with TDOT or similar agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction management, QA/QC, and team development.
• Review and approve change orders, invoices, and payment applications.
• Lead, coordinate, and schedule field staff.
• Develop and foster relationships with public clients including local governments.
• Provide technical mentoring and problem-solving for staff.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to address issues.
