Job summary

Accura Engineering seeks a Senior CEI Inspector to perform advanced construction engineering inspection on transportation projects. You will lead inspection teams, supervise junior staff, and support contract administration and documentation, including field measurements and closeout.

You will review plans and specs to ensure compliance, participate in project meetings, and may perform project engineering duties as assigned across roundabouts, bridges, traffic signals, and widening projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of transportation inspection experience.
• Alternative: non-engineering degree with 4+ years of inspection experience.
• Equivalent education or experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced construction engineering inspection on road and bridge projects.
• Lead inspection efforts and supervise junior inspectors.
• Coordinate field measurements and project documentation.
• Review plans, specs, and contract requirements for compliance.
• Support contract administration and project closeout activities.
• Participate in project meetings and reviews.
