Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc is looking for a CEI Inspector to provide engineering inspection services for roadway, bridge, and transportation projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with specifications, conducting field inspections, and maintaining project documentation. Candidates should have extensive experience in construction inspections and the ability to read and interpret plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum one and a half to three years of progressive inspection experience.
• Passing scores on GDOT’s Construction Engineering Inspection Training tests.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent inspections of roadway and bridge construction.
• Inspect asphalt and concrete materials and monitor construction quality.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and project records.

Skills

Construction inspection experience

Ability to read construction plans

Knowledge of highway construction materials

Proficiency in mathematical calculations
