Job summary

White Cap is seeking a senior program leader to drive the Integrated Customer Delivery Hub (CDH) program, translating multi-year priorities into coordinated workstreams and on-time execution. You will provide executive visibility through dashboards and ensure alignment across operations, supply chain, finance, and technology.

The role requires 7+ years in program management with a BS/BA and a PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Travel and leadership of large teams may be involved.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Project Management Professional certification or comparable credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the integrated CDH program roadmap and deployment plan.
• Establishes and administers program governance with routines, reviews, and change controls.
• Coordinates cross-functional plans across Field Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, and other functions.
• Maintains transparent program controls and drives timely mitigation and closure.
• Coordinates deployment capacity and resource planning and prioritization.
• Develops executive dashboards and decision support for milestone health and risk visibility.
• Monitors performance against scope, schedule, budget, and business case expectations.
• Advances program management standards, templates, and lessons learned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
