Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the integrated CDH program. You will plan, govern, and coordinate multi‑year priorities across several functions, translating them into on‑time execution and clear executive visibility.

Responsibilities include developing roadmaps, dashboards, and governance artifacts, while managing scope, schedule, and budgets. Travel to field locations is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years of experience.
• PM certification preferred.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong governance, milestones, risks, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the integrated CDH program roadmap and master deployment plan.
• Establishes governance, including workstream routines, planning sessions, leadership reviews, logs, change controls, escalation pathways.
• Coordinates cross-functional plans across Field Ops, Supply Chain, Transportation, Commercial, Finance, Tech, HR, Safety, Real Estate.
• Maintains transparent program controls across schedules, risks, budgets, and dependencies with recovery plans.
• Develops executive-ready dashboards and decision support for milestone health and financial visibility.
