Job summary

Coherent Corp. is looking for a Director of Customer Program Management to lead integrated program delivery for strategic customers across multiple product lines.

You will align sales, product, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to meet commitments, resolve issues, and provide a consolidated view of program performance. The role requires 15+ years in B2B tech program management, with experience in hardware development and multi-site delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B technology program management experience.
• Experience leading complex, customer-facing programs across multiple geographies.
• Background in hardware development, qualification, and production ramps.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and resolve conflicts.
• Executive presence with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated customer program plan with milestones and ownership.
• Coordinate product introductions, qualification, supply readiness and ramp plans.
• Lead weekly Customer Ops reviews and provide objective status updates.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation across functions and sites.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and BU leadership to quantify revenue at risk.
• Translate customer requirements into execution plans with clear accountability.
• Present program performance to executives with credible data.
